Jay Siegel
Jay’s corporate career includes executive roles at Charles
Schwab, Credit Suisse, Pfizer and EDS. He spent 5 years in Asia-Pacific
as Chief Information Officer for Credit Suisse, where, at the age of
35, he built a $100 million organization with 150 professionals across
10 countries to support the bank’s fastest growing region, leading an
organization that serviced over 1,500 demanding clients across the
region’s two hemispheres. Jay has successfully shaped and streamlined
operations to achieve revenue and bottom-line objectives.
After
his corporate career, Jay worked as an independent business consultant. Jay has
lead projects ranging from strategic planning to the development of new
operational capability. Most recently, Jay owned and operated his own
business, which he sold before starting Hinge Ventures.
Jay earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Jay
enjoys music, live and otherwise. He is passionate about golf, and
cherishes his membership at the Olympic Club. Jay is an avid traveler
and scuba diver, and has explored hiking trails and dive sites through
most of Asia/Pacific. |

Rohit Verma
Rohit was recently Vice President and member of the executive
team at Savi Technology. He played a critical role in growing Savi from
$30 million to $100 million in revenue and managed Savi’s sale to
Lockheed Martin Corporation. Rohit also led Savi’s IPO process prior to
the eventual sale of Savi to Lockheed Martin. He helped Savi raise more
than $60 million in investment from strategic partners such as Mitsui
Corporation and Hutchison Port Holdings and helped establish a $50
million joint venture with Hutchison.
Prior to joining
Savi, Rohit was a senior member of the strategy group at A.T. Kearney,
a management consultancy. At A.T. Kearney, he provided market strategy,
M&A, valuation and planning advice to executives in a wide variety
of industries such as the telecommunications, IT, energy, medical
devices, and the automotive industries.
Rohit’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in business economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Rohit
is married. He and his wife Maureen are kept busy by their daughter,
Anya, and their chocolate lab, Oliver. Rohit is a hacker on the golf
course, can occasionally grunt through a set of tennis, has memories of
fine racquetball and squash skills, and is semi-literate on wine. |
